Privacy Policy

Effective 28. 9. 2026. This policy explains personal-data processing on safe-machine.org under the GDPR.

Controller

The controller is Ing. Jakub Steklý, operator of safe-machine.org. For privacy matters, use the contact form or email [email protected].

Data, purposes and legal bases

Contact form: name, email, topic and message are used to answer the enquiry, based on legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps depending on the request (Article 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR).

Google Analytics 4: after consent, website-usage data is processed to measure traffic (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The analytics script is not loaded without consent.

Technical logs: hosting may temporarily process IP addresses and request data to secure and operate the service.

Cookies and withdrawal

After consent, Google Analytics may store cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. You may change your choice at any time through in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and technical providers may process data. Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data. For transfers of personal data to the United States, Google relies on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and identifies standard contractual clauses for other cases. See Google’s international data-transfer information.

Retention

Contact messages are kept as needed to answer them and for no longer than 24 months unless a legal duty requires longer retention. Event-level and user-level data in Google Analytics 4 are retained for no longer than 14 months; this setting does not affect aggregated reports.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority.

Security and changes

Transport is protected by HTTPS and access is role-restricted. This policy may be updated; the effective date appears above.
